Classic Massage
The classic massage is designed to energize the body and improve overall health. This type of massage involves physical manipulation of the muscles and joints in order to relax the soft tissue which can help elevate pain, tension and encourage mental relaxation. It involves actions like percussion, kneading, vibration, tapping and rolling. These massage techniques are commonly applied with hands, fingers, elbows, forearms, or a massage tool. Massage oil is used to protect the skin from friction.

Aromatherapy Massage
Aromatherapy massage is the type of Swedish massage that uses essential oils. Every essential oil used in aromatherapy is said to have different properties. For example, some, like lavender, are calming and make you feel relaxed while others like Lemon energize and invigorate. A personalised blend is made on the day of the treatment to suit the client’s needs. Aromatherapy is traditionally a light touch massage and its main focus is relaxation and mindfulness.

Indian Head Massage
Indian head massage is a firm relaxing massage which is usually seated and fully clothed it includes the upper back, shoulders, neck, head and face. Massage techniques like percussion, kneading, vibration, tapping and acupressure are used and the lavender essential oil enhances the feeling of calm and well-being.
Hot Stone Massage
Hot stone massage gives a double therapeutic benefit; massage and heat therapy. Heat from the stones allows manipulation of a greater intensity than with massage alone. One stroke with a stone is equal to ten normal massage strokes. It involves massage movements like percussion, kneading, vibration, tapping, rolling and acupressure. These techniques are applied using the hot stones themselves in combination with hands, fingers, elbows, and forearms. During the treatment a carrier oil is used on its own or with an aromatherapy blend.
Holistic Facial
A Holistic Facial combines the benefits and techniques of a traditional facial with the relaxing effects of aromatherapy and the balancing effects of acupressure. The use of Tropic products and essential oils improve the condition of the skin, and aims to improve skin tone and texture through massage movements designed to increase circulation, leaving skin glowing.

Crystal therapy taps into the energetic power of the stones to help unblock, focus and direct energy in order to promote healing.
